My post-doctoral research aims to understand the coevolutionary interactions of tick-borne pathogens within coinfected hosts. I take an experimental evolution approach to test whether coinfection drives the evolutionary of pathogen fitness, infectivity, and virulence. My project is in collaboration with Dr. Alejandro Cabesaz-Cruz (Institute for Agricultural Research INRA)
